What software do you support?

Rescott Managed Services supports all Microsoft products and most of the other software products commonly used by small businesses. Ask us for a detailed listing.

What hardware do you support?
We support any hardware on a limited basis. By this we mean that we do not repair hardware; however, we diagnose hardware problems and can work with the hardware manufacturer on your behalf in the case of warranty and repairs. In the case that a piece of hardware is not under warranty, we will assist you in purchasing new hardware or having a hardware repaired by another known vendor.

I'm skeptical that Rescott can give me the support I need over the Internet.
Currently we are able to solve more than 93% of our user’s issues over the Internet. We use SAAZ – a remote IT infrastructure management platform that enables us to take remote control of a workstation or server and carry out repairs on the system as if the technician is sitting on the system.

Our average time to resolve an issue is about 22 minutes, faster than it takes for most onsite engineers to just respond to a distress call. In the event when we are not able to fix the problem remotely, we have an option to send an engineer on-site immediately depending on the urgency of work.

Explain the Remote Control service — is my information safe?
It's very safe. We use remote control software that allows us to take control of your computer as if we were sitting right at your desk. This allows us to do most of our work over the Internet and enables us to offer you the lowest price possible.

In order to use the software on your computer, we must get your permission each and every time. We cannot connect to your computer unless you accept a link that we send you each time you want support. That way you can feel safe that we can't do anything to your computer when you aren't watching our every move. Our technology also keeps an audit of each action that we take on any machine with in the network, which can be referred to in case there is any doubt.

Are there any hidden costs?
No, but there is a set up fee based on the number of covered devices.

If you sign up for our on-site services, major projects and implementations are not covered in the fee, but is available through our company at a fair price.

What is Eco-Cycle hardware recycling?
Whenever a new system (such our IndyLogic Business PC) is installed to replace an old one, the old hardware needs to be "grandfathered" (or used in a different capacity), or recycled or disposed of. That responsibility usually falls on you, the business owner. Our Eco-Cycle recycling system is offered as a free service to you. Your old hardware will be removed from your site and recycled or otherwise disposed of in an ecologically friendly way.
